Chelsea, Shamrock fined over chants during Conference League match

London (PA Media/dpa) - Chelsea and Shamrock Rovers have each been fined by European football ruling body UEFA over chants heard at their Conference League match last month. Shamrock have been fined ?10,000 ($13.3 million) for "transmitting a message that is not fit for a sports event" following chants about the death of Queen Elizabeth II at the match at Stamford Bridge on December 19.
