MOSCOW, January 23 (Sputnik) - Spain will provide 2.2 billion euros ($2.3 billion) in a new aid package for its coastal Valencia region to repair the infrastructure damaged during last year's floods, Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said on Thursday.
