MOSCOW, January 24 (Sputnik) - France has not yet decided on the format of its diplomatic presence in Syria, which will depend on the conditions of the political transition process in the country and the level of security, French Foreign Ministry spokesperson Christophe Lemoine said. "The issue of restoring the diplomatic presence in Damascus is currently being studied. There are a number of possible options, but there is no final decision yet......
