WASHINGTON, January 31 (RIA Novosti) - The US Army on Friday declined to identify one of the three crew members of the military helicopter that crashed into a regional jet near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport at the request of the family. Staff Sgt. Ryan Austin O’Hara, 28, of Lilburn, Georgia, is believed to be deceased pending positive identification, the Army said in a statement.
