Russia to Continue Dialogue With New Syrian Authorities, Including on Tartus Base- Kremlin

MOSCOW, February 3 (RIA Novosti) - Russia will continue dialogue with the new Syrian authorities on all issues, including agreements on the use of the Russian naval base in Tartus, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.
