WASHINGTON, February 3 (RIA Novosti) – US President Donald Trump said Monday that he had reached an agreement with Mexico's President Claudia Sheinbaum to delay the implementation of 25% tariffs on Mexican goods to allow for negotiations between the two governments to take place.
