A migrant who claimed he was tortured by a Libyan war crimes suspect said on Monday that he had filed a complaint with prosecutors claiming Italy's prime minister enabled the suspect to go free. Lam Magok, a migrant from South Sudan, alleges that he was imprisoned in a Tripoli detention centre run by Osama Almasri Najim -- who is wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) on charges including murder, rape and torture.
