President Donald Trump on Monday signed an executive order aiming to kickstart the creation of a US sovereign wealth fund, a move which would likely require congressional action. The order charges the secretaries of treasury and commerce "to begin a process that will hopefully result in the creation of an American sovereign wealth fund," an aide said before Trump signed the document in the Oval Office. bur-des/bjt ...
