MOSCOW, February 4 (RIA Novosti) - The closure of the US International Development (USAID) has shocked Asian officials, as it disrupts their plans to compete with Beijing's assistance programs in the Asia-Pacific region, the Nikkei Asia newspaper reported on Tuesday.
