UNITED NATIONS, February 4 (RIA Novosti) - The possible end of US engagement with the UN Human Rights Council does not change the United Nations' perception of its importance, UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said on Tuesday. "We obviously see what is being signed but the US will take the decision that it takes...
