Karlsruhe (dpa) - Germany's Federal Court of Justice (BGH) has provided some clarity on the legality of banks charging negative interest on deposits. The BGH ruled on Tuesday in Karlsruhe that banks and savings banks may not charge so-called custody fees for deposits in savings and instant access accounts.
