MOSCOW, February 5 (RIA Novosti) - Canada's high commissioner to the United Kingdom, Ralph Goodale, on Wednesday urged London to resume trade talks with Ottawa, highlighting the importance of trade diversification for Ottawa amid Washington's threats to impose tariffs on Canadian goods.
