WINDHOEK, 10 FEB (NAMPA) – The City of Windhoek has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Sam Nujoma, Namibia’s Founding President and Father of the Nation.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the municipality acknowledged Nujoma’s significant role in Namibia’s liberation struggle and post-independence development. It described him as a visionary leader whose contributions shaped the country’s democratic foundations.
