MOSCOW, February 11 (RIA Novosti) - An explosion occurred near a bank building in Afghanistan’s northern Kunduz province, the Shamshad news agency reported on Tuesday, citing the local police. The broadcaster reported that the blast took place on Tuesday morning at 8:30 local time (04:00 GMT) in front of a Kabul bank branch. The police stated that the explosion occurred while government employees had gathered at the bank to collect their salaries......
