HONG KONG, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Acting Chief Executive Eric Chan said on Tuesday that Hong Kong will keep filing its complaint with the World Trade Organization (WTO) against an earlier U.S. decision to impose additional tariffs on goods mailed from Hong Kong.
