MOSCOW, February 12 (RIA Novosti) - Oil production in Russia in January decreased compared to the previous month by 27,000 barrels per day and amounted to 8.977 million barrels per day, according to a fresh report by OPEC released on Wednesday. According to the latest data by OPEC, Russia produced 9.004 million barrels per day in December. Thus, in January, the decline marked 27,000 barrels per day....
