MOSCOW, February 12 (RIA Novosti) - Russian national Alexander Vinnik, who is accused in the United States of cryptocurrency money laundering, will soon be released and allowed to return to Russia as part of a prisoner swap deal, his French lawyer told RIA Novosti on Wednesday.
