WASHINGTON, February 12 (RIA Novosti) - The United Nations would welcome all efforts to resolve the conflict in Ukraine if it involves both Russia and Ukraine, spokesperson Farhan Haq said on Wednesday. "What we would appreciate is any efforts to resolve the war in Ukraine that would involve the Russian and Ukrainian sides.
