MOSCOW, February 13 (RIA Novosti) - Russia considers the presence of NATO forces in Ukraine, regardless of any pretext, entirely unacceptable, Artem Studennikov, the director of the First European Department at the Russian Foreign Ministry, told RIA Novosti.
