BEIRUT, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- In the war-ravaged towns of southern Lebanon, scrap dealers' trucks navigate through narrow streets, while workers in worn-out clothes sift through debris with swift, practiced movements, searching for remnants of metal, plastic, and broken appliances, anything of value among the wreckage.
