Frankfurt (dpa) - German cooperative finance group DZ Bank posted surprise record profits in 2024, despite having set aside provisions for possible setbacks, the bank announced on Tuesday. Pre-tax profit rose from around ?3.2 billion ($3.4 billion) to about ?3.3 billion, while net profit increased by 7% to ?2.4 billion, according to the bank.
