DOHA, February 26 (RIA Novosti) - Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani said on Wednesday at a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov that he plans to travel to Russia on April 17. Lavrov conveyed greetings from Russian President Vladimir Putin and said that the Russian side expects the visit of the Emir of Qatar.
