DOHA, Feb. 26 (Xinhua) -- Russian and U.S. officials will meet in Türkiye's Istanbul on Thursday to discuss issues concerning the operation of their two countries' embassies, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced here on Wednesday at a press conference. Lavrov said the meeting would focus on creating better conditions for diplomatic missions in both countries and addressing rows over staffing levels and properties of the missions.......
