Munich (dpa) - An Afghan asylum seeker suspected of the murder of a 2-year-old and an adult in the southern German town of Aschaffenburg last month was suffering mental health problems and may not have been responsible for his actions, according to a court report. The psychiatric report to the state prosecutor in the Bavarian town states that there "is a high probability that the accused committed the crime when he was not in a responsible state,......
