WASHINGTON, March 1 (RIA Novosti) - US President Donald Trump will seek to reach an agreement to resolve the conflict in Ukraine even if the peace chance is only 1%, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said. "If there's a chance of peace, even if it's a 1% chance, that needs to be explored.
