Iron ore futures close lower

DALIAN, March 4 (Xinhua) -- Iron ore futures closed lower on Tuesday in daytime trading at the Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE). The most active iron ore contract for May 2025 delivery dipped 9 yuan (about 1.25 U.S. dollars) to close at 781 yuan per tonne. On Tuesday, the total trading volume of 12 listed iron ore futures contracts on the exchange was 452,728 lots, with a turnover of about 34.96 billion yuan. As the world's largest import......
