MOSCOW, March 14 (RIA Novosti) - The submarine communications cable between Finland and Germany, C-Lion1, has been repaired, Finnish operator Cinia said on Friday. On February 21, the SVT broadcaster reported that another cable had been damaged in the Baltic Sea off the Swedish island of Gotland.
