Romania's Election Authority Bars Far-Right Senator Sosoaca From Presidential Race

MOSCOW, March 15 (RIA Novosti) - Romania's Central Election Bureau on Saturday rejected the candidacy of senator Diana Sosoaca, the leader of the S.O.S​​​. Romania party, for the May 4 presidential election. "The decision to reject Sosoaca's application was made by a margin of seven votes: ten members of the electoral commission voted to reject her candidacy, and three voted to accept it," the election authority said.
