Telegram Founder Durov Confirms Return to UAE, Says Investigation in France Underway

MOSCOW, March 17 (RIA Novosti) - Telegram founder and CEO Pavel Durov on Monday confirmed that he had returned to Dubai from France and said that investigation against him is still in process. "As you may have heard, I’ve returned to Dubai after spending several months in France due to an investigation related to the activity of criminals on Telegram.
