Syrian Communications Ministry Blames Internet Blackout on Technical Problems

MOSCOW, March 17 (RIA Novosti) - The Syrian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology blamed the internet blackout in the coastal provinces of Latakia and Tartus on technical problems on Monday.
