Russian Ombudswoman Hopes 76 Kursk Region Residents Will Return From Sumy to Homeland Soon

MOSCOW, March 19 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova told RIA Novosti that she hopes 76 residents of the Kursk Region will soon return from Ukraine's Sumy to their homeland. According to the ombudswoman, Russia is currently negotiating the return of these 76 residents. "I would like to express hope that the return of these people will be carried out, I hope, in the near future," Moskalkova said....
