MOSCOW, March 20 (RIA Novosti) - The leaders of the EU countries have agreed to significantly increase spending on defense until 2030 and plan to allocate 800 billion euros ($867 billion) for defense purposes in the next 4 years, the DPA news agency reported on Thursday, citing sources.
