MOSCOW, March 20 (RIA Novosti) - A resident of the refugee accommodation center in the German city of Gronau attacked an employee of the facility with a knife, inflicting serious injuries, the local police said on Thursday. "According to the preliminary data, the victim was heavily wounded by a criminal, who used a knife.
