US Seeks to Expand Deal on Minerals With Kiev to Control Ukraine's NPPs - Reports

MOSCOW, March 21 (RIA Novosti) - The US is seeking new terms for access to critical minerals and energy assets in Ukraine, expanding economic demands on Kiev, in particular, willing to gain control over a number of assets, including Ukrainian nuclear power plants, the Financial Times newspaper reported on Friday, citing two Ukrainian officials. Washington wants Kiev to agree to detailed provisions on who owns and controls a joint investment fund......
