MOSCOW, March 21 (RIA Novosti) - The Central Bank of Russia said on Friday that it will consider raising the key rate, if dynamics of disinflation do not ensure the achievement of target level. "The Bank of Russia will continue to assess the speed and sustainability of the decline in inflation and inflation expectations.
