MOSCOW, March 23 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow assumes that the Finnish court's decision regarding Russian citizen Vojislav Torden (Jan Petrovsky) is not final and will be appealed, the Russian Foreign Ministry told RIA Novosti on Sunday.
