Loss narrows for German real estate firm Deutsche Wohnen in 2024

Berlin (dpa) - Net loss narrowed for German real estate firm Deutsche Wohnen in its fiscal year 2024, the company reported on Tuesday. Meanwhile adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) came in higher on growth in revenue from property management, the firm said.
