MOSCOW, March 26 (RIA Novosti) - US National Security Advisor Mike Waltz ruled out the possibility that Jeffrey Goldberg, the editor-in-chief of The Atlantic magazine, was intentionally added to a chat with senior officials, and took responsibility for the incident.
