Poland to Create Defense, Security Fund Worth Billions of Zlotys - Minister

MOSCOW, March 26 (RIA Novosti) - Poland has created a Defense and Security Fund, Polish Minister of Development Funds and Regional Policy Katarzyna Pelczynska-Nalecz said.
