OTJIWARONGO, 31 MAR (NAMPA) – The Otjozondjupa Regional Council on Monday held a special council meeting to internally elect the new chairperson as a replacement for Marlayn Mbakera who joined Parliament on 21 March 2025.
The councillors during the meeting at Otjiwarongo nominated and seconded Okahandja Constituency Councillor, Bethuel Tjaveondja as the new chairperson of the Otjozondjupa Regional Council.
