WASHINGTON, April 2 (RIA Novosti) - US Senator Tim Kaine said on Wednesday that the introduced Senate resolution does not undo the tariffs on Mexico and China, but that that tariffs on Canada are not the the answer to the fentanyl crisis in the United States.
