Boeing faces a potential jury trial beginning Monday in a federal civil case stemming from the 2019 crash of an Ethiopian Airlines 737 MAX plane that killed 157 people. At a pre-trial meeting Wednesday, lawyers representing the aviation giant and plaintiffs told a US district court judge that three complainants have yet to reach an agreement with the company.
