MOSCOW, April 4 (RIA Novosti) - US Secretary of State Marco Rubio assured NATO foreign ministers during a meeting in Brussels that Washington remains committed to the alliance, while other countries promised to meet US demands and increase military spending, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said on Friday.
