MOSCOW, April 8 (RIA Novosti) - Cambodia is preparing for talks with the United States to reduce the 49% tariffs previously announced by the administration of US President Donald Trump, Cambodian newspaper Khmer Times reported, citing Prime Minister Hun Manet.
