ANTALYA, April 11 (RIA Novosti) - Talks between Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum are expected to take place on April 12, a source in the Turkish Foreign Ministry told RIA Novosti on Friday.
