MOSCOW, April 15 (RIA Novosti) - The European Union is finalizing its work on a "smooth transition" proposal ahead of the expiration of duty-free imports from Ukraine on June 5, the European Commission told RIA Novosti on Tuesday. The commission stands by its intention to promote the EU-Ukrainian tariff liberalization and will soon present its proposal to Kiev, it said, adding that the process aims to ensure economic stability and predictability......
