MOSCOW, April 15 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has fired the head of the Sumy military administration, Volodymyr Artyukh, in a decision backed by the Ukrainian government, Ukrainian broadcaster Hromadske reported on Tuesday.
