MOSCOW, April 16 (RIA Novosti) - Israel will move to a new military phase by expanding its operations in the Gaza Strip if Palestinian movement Hamas continues to refuse a temporary ceasefire and hostage exchange, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said on Wednesday.
