WASHINGTON, April 16 (RIA Novosti) - The US Federal Reserve is observing risks of higher unemployment in the wake of recent trade policy decisions, Chairman Jerome Powell said on Wednesday. "Now, the labor market is still strong, but you know, the shock that we're experiencing, the impulses we're seeing, feeling, are for higher unemployment and higher inflation," Powell said at an event hosted by the Economic Club of Chicago....
