MOSCOW, April 17 (RIA Novosti) - Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has arrived in Moscow on an official visit, and his plane landed at the government airport Vnukovo-2 in Moscow, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported on Thursday. The Kremlin said Wednesday that talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Al Thani will take place in Moscow on April 17.
